OZGE YAPI Industry and Trade Co., a subsidiary of HEKIM Holding which is the leader in Ready Constructed Building production in Turkiye, has brought Unwelded Structure Technology in order to manufacture high standard steel construction buildings in our country, which is located in seismic belt. We use TURKSIDING and HEKIMBOARD brand Fibercement (Cement Board) that is non-combustible (DIN 4102-A2), water free, asbestos free and resistant to various climate conditions. This technology know-how is brought to Turkiye by our company for the first time, as building cladding material and  used in Ready Constructed Buildings, manufactured of high standard galvanized construction steel sheet by applying Unwelded Structure Technology.

Our Ready Constructed Buildings with the wall thicknesses 60 to 300mm, are designed by taking into consider the climate data of the location. Apart from being resistant to various climate regions, fast production, easy installation, being economical and aesthetic are some of the reasons why we are preferable for the customers.
